The number one question I have been getting in the last few years is, "Are the High-Frequency traders messing up my entry, stop, and exit orders?”
My view has been that it doesn't make any difference to us as traders because these guys operate in nanoseconds... whatever that type of a second is... it is way too fast for me.
Thus when I read the following report from two professors at the University of California Berkeley, I felt it was something I would like to share with readers to help you understand the High-Frequency Trading operations.
